A fun train ride through downtown WILLEMSTAD!

Experience the beauty of Curaçao on a tour that takes you through historic Willemstad!

Your tour begins at Fort Amsterdam and continues past many interesting places, including the Floating Market at Sha Caprilleskade, where Venezuelan traders sell fish and vegetables from their boats. Your train continues to Scharloo, an old residential neighborhood filled with picturesque houses built in the 1880s; you’ll stop at Bolo di Bruit, known as the home of the “wedding cake” and the most photographed building in the city. Leaving Scharloo, you’ll pass Pietermaai Cathedral, the largest and most impressive on the island.

You will also see Queen Wilhelmina Park, the venue for frequent cultural events, and the Arches of Fort Amsterdam, an imposing fortress that was the headquarters of William III. 

Finally, you will visit Fort Amsterdam, built in 1635 to protect the vital harbor entrance from enemy ships. The tour ends at Fort Amsterdam.
